On-Site Rentals
We have a reservation. What time do we have to arrive?
We open at 9:00am. Once you have made a reservation, you can arrive anytime and paddle as long as you like, just return by 4:30pm.
What should we wear?
Check the weather and dress appropriately. You will get wet and be exposed to sun and wind. Our New England weather can be cool to very hot in the summer. When the sun shines you will want a hat too!
What else should we bring?
Water, water and some more water. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, water shoes, and towels are useful. Drybags for your phone and car keys are also helpful.
Can we bring our own paddles or life jackets?
Sure! Note – New Hampshire law requires all vessels, including kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to have a Type I, II, or III PFD for each person on board. Youngsters under 13 must wear them.
Do you have life jackets for kids?
Parents are always responsible for determining their children’s safety. We have coast guard approved PFDs available for infants, toddlers, and kids as well as for adults.
Do you have dry bags for phones and keys?
We have drybags for sale and a limited number of dryboxes for rent
Where should we paddle when we leave your launch?
We can recommend a paddle route to show you the prettiest part of Center Harbor Bay, but once on the water there are no restrictions. Common sense and safety should play a part in your decisions about where to go!
Is there a changing room on site?
Unfortunately, we do not have changing facilities at our location. Best to arrive dressed for the water!
Is there a restroom?
A portable restroom facility is provided for our customers.
